This is the 1814 baptism record of my 3rd great grandfather Jose Hipolito Tanguma. He was the son of Benito Tanguma and Clara Rodriguez, I have yet to find their parents. Jose Hipolito married Maria Francisca Pena.

Anto. del Alamo cura de esta villa y encomendado de esta villa Bautixe solemnemente puse los Santos Oleos y Sagrados chrismas eccie ynfanze carra qe. nacio en el rancho de Miguel Perez el dia onze de Mayo a el qual puse por nombre Jose Polito Hijo de Benito Tanguma y de Clara Ma. fueron padrinos aquienes adberti el parentesco Juan Jose Guerra y Ma.Casilda Guerra y pa. qe. Conste lo firme.
