This is the February 2, 1672 death record of my 10th great grandfather Bartolome Gonzalez in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. I have yet to find out whom his parents were. If anyone has a document indicating whom his parents where please let me know. The following document is very interesting. It mentions that he was married to Ana de Quintanilla whom was the last of three wives that he had during his life. I am a descendant of his through his son Diego Gonzalez de Esquivel whom he had with Isabel Gomez de Esquivel. The document also indicates that he was buried “de limosna” using the church funds.
