He married Maria Ruperta Lopez, daughter of Jose Manuel Lopez and Maria Tomasa de la Garza, on 02 Mar 1862 in Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico. She was born about 1847. She died on 13 Apr 1918 in Arcabuz, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Her cause of death was Fever.

ii. MANUELA GARZA was born about 1876. She died on 27 Feb 1954 in Arcabuz, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
iii. MARCELINA GARZA was born about 1865. She died on 12 Jun 1948 in Arcabuz, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
iv. FERNANDO GARZA was born on 30 May 1863 in Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico (Civil Registration date 13 Jun. 1863). He married MARGARITA FLORES.
v. FELICITAS GARZA was born on 14 Jun 1867 in Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico (Civil Registration date 22 Jun. 1867).
vi. IGNACIA GARZA was born on 16 Aug 1886 in Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico (Civil Registration date 29 Aug. 1886). She died on 06 Aug 1961 in Arcabuz, Tamaulipas, Mexico. She married Hermenegildo Garcia, son of Jose Jorge Garcia and Maria Isabel Lopez, on 08 Jan 1913 in Los Aldamas, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He was born about 1878. vii. NICOLAS GARZA was born about 1871. He died on 12 Feb 1953 in Arcabuz, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He married Ruperta Limon, daughter of Albino Limon and Romana Vasquez, on 24 Apr 1901 in Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico. She was born about 1879. She died on 12 Dec 1943 in Arcabuz, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
viii. GENARO GARZA was born on 04 May 1880 in Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico (Civil Registration date 16 May. 1880). He married Faustina Lopez, daughter of Jose Jorge Lopez and Maria de la Luz (Lucita) Garza, on 21 Jul 1902 in Los Aldamas, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She was born about 1879
