Last Names of Nuevo Leon

This is the 1812 marriage record of my 5th great grandparents Jose Ignacio Policarpio Guerra and Maria Francisca Ruiz Guadiano whom got married in what is now Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

As you can see the image is very difficult to read, so below is my best transcription. The great thing about the iamge is that it mentions that Jose Ignacio was previously married to Benita Benavides. The iamge also mentions the names of the parents of Francisca Ruiz de Guadiana as being Jose Luis Guadiana and Micaela Flores.

It took me close to an hour to trascribe the image but it was worth it.
