This is the January 18, 1763 Baptism of Juan Jose Dionicio Pineda who was baptized in Cerralvo, Nuevo leon, Mexico. Juan is my 6th great grandfather through my paternal side.
I first came across the date for his baptism on the SAGA book titled "Cerralvo Church Baptism Records 1761-1859 Book II". The book is one out of four index books for the baptisms of Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon.
All I had to do next was go to FamilySearch and look for the baptism. I found it on film 605441, Img. 12.
The record states that at the time of the baptism, Juan Jose was only six days old. Using the calculator that Family Tree Maker provides we can safely assume that he was born on January 12, 1763.
The record mentions that his parents are Salvador de Pineda and Gregoria Canales. The record also mentions that all of them were from Cerralvo.
Juan Jose grows up to mary Maria Rafaela Hinojosa, the daughter of Jose Gervacio de Hinojosa and Maria Teresa Treviño.

That is the problem with family trees on FamilySearch, anyone can just go in and plug whatever they want. Always rely upon the records.
