Blas Canales and Maria Rosa Catarina Anzaldua had the following children:
i. JACINTO CANALES (son of Blas Canales and Maria Rosa Catarina Anzaldua)1. He died on 08 Apr 1785 in Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
ii. MARIA GERTRUDIS CANALES (daughter of Blas Canales and Maria Rosa Catarina Anzaldua). She married FRANCISCO JOSE GUERRERO.
iii. JOSE ANTONIO CANALES (son of Blas Canales and Maria Rosa Catarina Anzaldua) was born in Agualeguas, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He died on 03 Sep 1806 in Lampazos de Naranjo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He married MARIA ANA JOSEFA DE LA GARZA (daughter of Juan Jose de la Garza Falcon and Maria Francisca Guerra).
iv. MARIA BERNARDA CANALES (daughter of Blas Canales and Maria Rosa Catarina Anzaldua). She married PEDRO JOSE SALINAS (son of Joseph Antonio Salinas and Maria Anastacia de Benavides).
v. PETRA CANALES (daughter of Blas Canales and Maria Rosa Catarina Anzaldua). She married (1) NICOLAS FELAN. She married (2) NICOLAS FELAN. He was born in Sabinas Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
vi. JOSE VICENTE CANALES (son of Blas Canales and Maria Rosa Catarina Anzaldua). He married MARIA GERTRUDIS SOLIS (daughter of Juan Jose Antonio Solis and Josefa Vela).
