This is the February 21, 1735 marriage record of Luis Antonio Perez Moya and Lorensa Manuela Garcia, my 7th great grandparents, who got married in what is now Cadereyta, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
To date I have yet to discover who the parents are of both Luis Antonio and Lorensa Manuela.
This document states that Luis Antonio was a mulato and that Lorensa Manuela was a multa libre.
A mulato is a person that is half white and half black. Now, "libre" means free. Was Luis not free since it is not mentioned?
