Last Names of Nuevo Leon

This is the October 29, 1827 Marriage record of my third great grand father Jose Manuel Lopez and his first wife Maria Cecilia de la Garza in Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Unfortunately this record does not mention the names of their parents but through other records we have ocme to find out that the parents of Jose Manuel Lopez are Jose Lorenzo Lopez and Maria Barbara Rios.

The Parents of Maria Cecilia de la Garza were Jose Marcelino de la Garza and Maria Francisca Saenz.

A clue that is very important is that this record mentions that there was a marriage dispensation since both are related in the fourth degree. Unfortunately I have not been able to find those marriage dispensations.
